  • Exhibition dates: 11th April - 10 May 2026

  • Official opening: 2:00 PM, Saturday 11th April, 2026

  • Delivery of works to the Shop Sunday 29th March 12 am - 4 pm or Wednesday 1st & Thursday 2nd April in the Woolshed

  • Collection of unsold works: From Wednesday, 13th May 2026

Conditions of entry

  • Entry is only open to current financial members of Strathnairn Arts. Please email info@strathnairn.com.au if you need to confirm your membership status, otherwise new members can sign up online.

  • Late entries will not be accepted.

  • Maximum of one work in any medium per artist may be submitted.

  • Wall works must be ready for hanging with artwork label fixed to the back of the work.

  • Entries must be original works by the artist and completed in the 24 months prior to the exhibition.

  • A commission of 33% on all sales will be taken by Strathnairn Arts.

  • All reasonable care will be taken of Members’ work but insurance for loss, damage or theft is the responsibility of the artist.

  • Works must remain in the gallery until the closing date of 10 of May

  • Works are to be no bigger than 100 cm on any dimension. 

Images for publicity and online sales

  • If you have good quality images you would like to provide in advance, please send them to eleanor@strathnairn.com.au for use on promotional material including the website, social media and printed matter.

  • Images must be at least 2MB and be labelled with the artist’s name, title, medium, date work made, dimensions and name of photographer.

  • Images used in the online shop are primarily for the purpose of identification and must clearly show the entire work.

  • Please name files in a way that makes images easy to identify, ideally including both artist name and artwork title for example: ArtistName_ArtworkTitle.jpg

  • Note that we use different orientations of images for different purposes, please photograph your work with additional space around it so we are able to crop the image in a square or rectangle without cropping your artwork.

  • If you do not provide your own images Strathnairn staff will photograph your artwork for the purpose of online sales. We will endeavour to take the best images possible however due to poor lighting conditions in the Woolshed we cannot guarantee a lack of reflections or shadows on the work.
