Squares 2026 Terms and Conditions
Works must be submitted on a stretched canvas of 30 x 30 cm.
Artists must fill in an online registration form and pay the entry fee to be eligible to take part in Squares
Works must be made within the last 12 months from the date of the exhibition (1 August 2026).
The maximum depth including canvas is 10 cm.
Works can consist of any medium or theme.
Only two entries per person allowed.
If two entries are submitted by an artist, the works will not be hung together.
Works must not be framed.
Artwork must be labeled with the artist name and artwork title written clearly on the back of the work. In the case that the artwork is unlabelled the installation team will label the work.
Works must be delivered to the Homestead Shop at Strathnairn Arts Between Wednesday 1st and Friday 17th July. 10am - 3 p.m. Late works will not be accepted.
No hanging attachments are required.
Strathnairn Arts Association will take 33% of all sales.
Unsold work can be collected August 23rd from 4 pm after the closing ceremony. Then from the homestead shop: starting Wednesday, 26th August 10 am–3 pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
Entries not collected by Sunday September 20th will be disposed of at the discretion of management.
While all reasonable care will be taken, Strathnairn Arts Association will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of art work that may occur during or after the exhibition.
Strathnairn Arts Association retains the right to use images of any entry for the promotional purposes of Strathnairn Arts and its programs.
