Squares 2025 Terms and Conditions
Works must be submitted on a stretched canvas of 30 x 30 cm.
Works must be made within the last 12 months from the date of the exhibition (28 June, 2025).
The maximum depth including canvas is 10 cm.
Works can consist of any medium or theme.
Only two entries per person allowed.
If two entries are submitted by an artist, the works will not be hung together.
Works must not be framed.
Works must be delivered to the Homestead Shop at Strathnairn Arts no earlier than 10 am on Wednesday 4 May, and no later than 4 pm on Sunday 15 June 2025.
All entries must include an entry form fixed to the back of the artwork. Unidentified art will be ineligible for exhibition.
No hanging attachments are required.
Strathnairn Arts Association will take 33% of all sales.
Unsold work can be collected from Sunday 27 July from 4 pm or during Strathnairn opening hours (Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 4 pm) and MUST BE COLLECTED BEFORE AUGUST 24 2025
While all reasonable care will be taken, Strathnairn Arts Association will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of art work that may occur during or after the exhibition.
Strathnairn Arts Association will dispose of all works that are not collected before 24 August
Strathnairn Arts Association retains the right to use images of any entry for the promotional purposes of Strathnairn Arts and its programs.
Strathnairn Arts Association reserves the right to not exhibit entries that breach the above terms and conditions
