Unearthing Power brings together seven women artists from Australia and the United States in a vibrant exhibition by the international collective The Pleiades Project. Featuring works by Estelle Anderson, Lois Denham, Diana Dunkley, Peta Milne, Debra K Nelson, Margaret Rose, and Nan Renberger, the exhibition explores the unseen forces that connect, inspire, and transform us.

Working across collage, stitch, sculpture, printmaking, performance, and mixed media, the artists reflect on nature’s power, the cosmic forces that shaped the stars and the earth, and the personal connections that sustain creativity. Each artist brings a unique perspective and practice, yet all share a commitment to artistic exchange and collaboration across borders.

Unearthing Power invites visitors to experience art as both personal expression and collective energy — a celebration of deep listening, friendship, and creative resilience. Presented at Strathnairn Arts in Canberra, the exhibition offers an immersive and thoughtful encounter with works that are tactile, layered, and full of heart.
