Strathnairn provides working spaces and facilities for a range of artists, crafts people and community groups.
Strathnairn Gallery, Shop, Café and Artist in residence accommodation are set in a converted 1920s homestead on the north-western outskirts of Canberra. The 9.5 hectares is also host to a Woolshed and Villiage Hall all boasting stunning views towards the Brindabella mountains. Through a membership with Strathnairn artists have access to facilities such as Ceramic Kilns, The Foundry, Studios and Paper Making facilities.
Strathnairn has been used by artists for decades but still remains one of Canberra’s best-kept secrets.
